Good food and great service. Prices are 40-50% higher than the local restaurants. Breakfast was pretty good, but pricey. Had the veggie scramble with three eggs and bacon for $23. Had some fries and a shrimp cocktail in the afternoon as well. Shrimp were huge, but also pricey. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great views of the bay, but also next to pool (lots of noise).
Friendly staff but service was slow. The view from the restaurant was awesome though. Breakfast meals are okay and overpriced. Cup of coffee is $5 and I did not get a refill. If you are staying in this hotel snd want to use your credit, use it here during lunch or dinner and expect long wait. For breakfast, it’s better to go somewhere else. KTA store have more and better deli options for cheaper price and better quality meal.

Disappointing. No hostess. Waiting around for 5 mins and then had to chase someone for a table. Ate at the bar Tahini was our server. Very understaffed so service was just ok.
Had the potstickers which were tasty and the wings which were over cooked and super dry with no sauce, terrible.
They had a band which was nice and the water location was good.
We wouldn’t come back based on our experience.
Not worth the money for $26 burger.Meat was too dry and no flavor.Bread also not good.Additional charge of lettuce for a little piece.Service was good though.Don't recommend.
Yes, It's inside the DoubleTree in Hilo. BURGERS are very good. The food is great. Everything on the menu is prepared in-house or if it's not, they sure know how to prep frozen food! I haven't had everything on the menu. But I have had most everything. Breakfast is GREAT...Ka'u Coffe is overpriced good... but it's not KONA Coffee or is it? LOCO MOCO is outstanding. Eggs and Chicken Pinneapple Sausage is wonderful. Avocado Toast is great... look at the Hilo Bay, enjoy your meal, and watch the clouds hide the top of Mauna Loa or Mauna Kea. It is truly a joy just to be there in Hilo Bay and look at the landscape that God has laid out to create that Paradise.
Yesterday we found Hula Hulas on google search. They offer a really good build your own burger. The Lilokoi Mule was a really good drink. Service was great and the view was even better.
Fun upscale place with a ever changing menu. Full service bar 3 large screen TVs beautiful view Poolside on hilo bay.
The bartender was great, accommodating with specialty drinks. Food was good and place wasn't crowded. Our concern was for the town of Hilo with the vagrants camping all over in parks and empty stores. And... there are many vacant buildings and hotels in poor condition.
